Members of the public may address the City Council according to the following procedure:
- First, complete a "Request to Address the City Council" form, available at the door, and submit it to the City Clerk.
- If you have handouts for the Council, submit them to the City Clerk.
- For items included in the Agenda, complete the above steps before consideration of the item begins.
- Remarks will be limited to three minutes per person.
- For items not included in the Agenda, remarks will be taken during the "Public Comment" portion of the Agenda, however, State law prohibits the City Council from taking any action on items not included in the Agenda.
