The City offers three rental facilities specifically designed for receptions, meetings, seminars, and other special events. These facilities can accommodate large and small groups and reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Tours of the facilities are available by appointment only. Senior Center
8235 Mt. Vernon Street
This beautiful facility features large French doors opening from the main hall to a spacious patio and trellis surrounded by grassy areas and walkways creating its own private park-like setting. The large, fully equipped kitchen is designed to handle all of your catering needs. The Senior Center adjoins Lemon Grove Park and is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding followed by an indoor reception. This facility has banquet style capacity of 160, and theater style capacity up to 300.
Community Center

The Lemon Grove Community Center is conveniently located in the heart of Lemon Grove. The Community Center features a full kitchen and all the amenities for smaller meetings, conferences, and private parties. This facility has banquet style capacity of 75, and theater style capacity up to 100.
H. Lee House/Courtyard
3225 Olive Street
The H. Lee House is a City-owned historic site that is maintained and operated by the Lemon Grove Historical Society. Because the facility is a State historic site, nothing can be attached to or painted on the walls, ceilings, or any other portion of the building. Renters must file an application form with the Historical Society/City prior to renting the facility. The Great Room and the 2nd floor Clemshaw Reading Room” each seat 35 for dining, 45 for audience events and 85 for assembly. Adjacent to the H. Lee House is an intimate outdoor courtyard. It features a beautiful gazebo for ceremonies or entertainment surrounded by inlaid brickwork and grass – the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding, anniversary party, or other special occasions. The Courtyard seats 100 for dining and holds 150 for assembly.
Recreation Center Gym

The Gymnasium size is 5,000 sq. ft. Athletic events only. The Recreation Center is located on Lemon Grove School District property; therefore, alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited in the facility or on any part of the property.
